Virtual Class: Kids Dinner Series: Italian 11/10 @ 5PM
It’s time for the adults to take the night off from cooking dinner and for the kids to take over! In this 90 minute VIRTUAL class, the kids will acquire cooking techniques, knife skills and ingredient preparation expertise needed to make the family an Italian-American dinner. On the menu: spaghetti and baked meatballs; Italian chopped salad and garlic bread.

Your favorite spaghetti
- 1 lb. 85% lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (can omit if paleo or dairy free)

- 3 medium cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 28-ounce can crushed red tomatoes
- zest of one lemon
